Day 663 | Back On Track In 10 Days
If anthing, I've been really slacking and procrastinating the past mont not even getting close to what I set out to do. Making these daily reports constantly reminds me of this and I want to get back into a solid routine where a healthy lifestyle with healthy food, good sleep and a solid amount of exercise goes effortlessly. So I'm making a plan today for the next 10 days to get this done...
Ground Rules:
- 100% Plant Based Food
- Drink Lots Of Water
- Take Supplements (Omega 3, D2, B12)
- In Bed Before 00:00 Each Day
- No Distractions
- Follow Work Out Schedule (See Below)
That's about it, if I manage to do these things I should be able to get my weight back below 64kg, clear my skin which has been horrible as of late, have better sleep, be sharper and ready to extend these good habits afterwards.
