Day 681 | Gearing Up

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Similar to the steem blockchain, I'm a bit in no man's land at the moment and I'm off the wagon compared to the excellent 19 days I had at the end on last month. I am keeping everything within certain boundaries though and will be making a solid new plan to follow today to kick start on Friday. Thursday as always will be my tennis day. With the regular soccer season coming to an end and matches being played all at once, I will have some more time for other things aswel.
