Day 682 | New 10 Day Plan


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I drifted back to some old bad habits after my recent very successful 10 day plan was over. The recent Steemit drama certainly has something to do with it as I've been listening to a lot of pointless discussions and such. So time to put focus back on my progress so I made a similar style plan for the next 10 days.

Basics

The basics are pretty much always the same...

  • Eat Healthy (Plant Based)
  • Work Out
  • Sleep Enough
