Can LeBron top Kareem in the all-time scoring list?

What's up basketball fans! I am here again @dwin0603 to give you another exciting basketball discussion for another episode of NBA Talk, and today we will talk about the hottest and latest news around the NBA. Let's start!

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: 38,387
LeBron James: 33,817
Can LeBron top Kareem in the all-time scoring list? James is currently 4,570 points behind Kareem. If LBJ played all the remaining games this season, he might score 500 more points and finish the season with a total of 34,317. So, if that happens (which is likely to happen really) he will just need 4,071 points to surpass Kareem. And if he plays the next two full seasons with the same scoring average, probably half of the third year might be enough to top Kareem's record.
