The Toronto Raptors visited and stunned the Los Angeles Lakers with a 113-104 victory. Pascal Siakam showed a monster performance and posted double-double wherein he scored 24 points, 11 rebounds and 9/25 of shooting from the field. Fred VanVleet chipped in a near triple double statistics wherein he score 23 points, 10 assists and 7 rebounds (short of 3 rebounds). The Los Angeles Lakers’ team captain, The King, LeBron James achieved another triple double and scored 13 points, 15 assists and 13 rebounds while Anthony Davis added 27 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks in the game. The Toronto Raptors just clearly looked hungry. They looked like it was a win or go home game. They gave it their all. Played their hearts out. Lebron James was no where to be found on the offensive end today. They completely shut him down. Blocked him like 3 or 4 times. Crazy defense from the Toronto Raptors. And once again the Toronto Raptors prove they are good without the Kawhi Leonard. Had a huge argument with some friends before the season started with them saying the Toronto Raptors wouldn’t even make the playoffs cause no Kawhi Leonard and their lineup proved us wrong and the Raptors’ bench was crazy today. Bench was killing em. Chrish Boucher was impressive and look unstoppable. I wish they can have more times and be able to defend their East title and Finals title this year. As for the Lakers, they improved to 7-2 and still the number 1 in the West and they look to bounce back in their upcoming games and improved on what they have made mistakes in tonight’s action against the defending champs.
