Trailblazers’ Lillard Tallied A Career-High In Points And Set A Franchise Record

Just recently, Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard finished with a career-high performance, wherein he led and tallied it as the the Portland Trail Blazers franchise record with 61 points, including a career-high and new Trail Blazers franchise record 11 three-point fieldgoals as they defeated the Golden State Warriors, 129-124, in overtime. It was a great win for the Blazers and also to the struggling and shorthanded Golden State Warriors. For the losing team, Alec Burks tallied 33 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the Golden State Warriors. I truly appreciated Damian Lillard’s game. He did ruin playoff dynamics with buzzer beaters twice before, but he certainly outdid himself last night. Playing with an inferior lineup than last year and without his partner CJ McCollum, Damian Lillard most definitely proved he’s genuinely a legend and Trailblazers legend to which every Blazers fan would easily recognize him with contributions to the team.
