My work news, plus Actifit for October 30 2019

Had an interesting day yesterday. My workplace has announced that they have been inadvertently underpaying many salaried managers over the last 10 years. A massive review is underway to rectify this. I have been told as part of this, my pay over the last 8 years is being investigated and I might be in line for back pay. Will know more in the next few weeks, but here's hoping.

Work itself was good. Two different departments over a six hour shift. The best thing at the moment is getting out on time every night. I haven't been missing as much sleep as I used to, which is helping me feel generally freesher and more energetic.

That’s great to have a windfall. You should ask for RPI to be applied i.e for inflation to be taken into account 💭
