practice and keep practicing, the kohai are always ready to do the exercises every day. and today's training is basic training to sharpen punches and kicks. beginner karateka are very enthusiastic to follow the exercises under the care of the coach (Sensei).
And this is a basic training session (kihon) on the 13th day for beginners totaling 10 daughters and 12 sons. basic training is needed by karateka-karateka to form a sturdy body, so it will be easy to throw punches or kicks to the target.
