The main bet on Antwerp yesterday looked good but still managed to lose as Anderlecht took a flattering win. Not the best week so far and one more match tonight which I am having some bets on. It starts around 2 hours from now so I better get to it...

Zulte-Waregem vs Kv Kortrijk

Zulte-Waregem is in a bad spot right now as they are 3rd last in the standings with only 7 points after 10 matches and a 11-24 goal saldo. Their overall play has not always been bad and they have shown good things at times yet at some point in time, they seem to just give it away. The match last week was a perfect example where everything looked fine while within 5 minutes out of nowhere they got 3-0 behind. Kortrijk is bad and over at home and good and under away. They were on a 6-game win streak against Zulte-Waregem but saw it broken the last match with a 2-2 draw. It is very hard to tup any trust in Zulte-Waregem right now even if they playing good in a match and the odds reflect this with a move to them now actually being the underdog. There have been a lot of crazy high score matches in the league lately and the market is expecting another one of those today. Kortrijk away is much more defensive-minded and has a history of beating the under line while Zulte-Waregem should start with caution not willing to instantly get 1 or more goals again. I took a good-sized trading position on 1st Half under 1 @ 2.90 with an eye that there will be no goal early on in the match and the odds moving quickly on a not so hot start. I will start reducing my exposure pretty quickly to hopefully get into a nice low-risk position. I will also keep an eye out for a bet on over 9 corners. I wouldn't be surprised for Zulte-Waregem to finally play a focussed match for 90 minutes possibly taking a win but am not willing to gamble on that. Should be interesting.
