Hope all are okay.
and I'm also good.

Went to office and was there for the whole day.
Real activity began after I left my office.
Had to walk a lot as there was heavy traffic.

Walked a long way along with two colleagues.

Ate some fast food on the way.
Then came home, prepared my dinner and ate a bit.
