My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2019

Hello dear actifitters

It was a normal day like any other.. I checked my count in the evening and it was in 1000 plus and just as I have promised to always get to 5000 counts on daily basis.

What I did was that I strolled out, and spent one hour outside.. By the time i got home I have already gotten 6000 plus counts.. 😂

Yeah that is that for today... I hope tomorrow counts will be better...
