Yoga Balance Exercise "standing on one leg"

In yoga you need a little balance in many exercises. This exercise is ideal for improving body control.

First, you stand straight. Then take your hands and put them on the side of your hip. Now move that one leg sideways away. The challenge is to hold this yoga pose for 20 seconds (or longer).

As a beginner you should start with 5 seconds and work your way up.

Important to mention, you should always do your workout on both sides of the body.
