Yoga exercise: squat

This exercise is a good warm-up before yoga.

You stretch your hands over your head for this exercise. Then you make a medium sized - big step forward.

Now you slowly go to your knees. The rear foot stands on tiptoe.

If you are in the pose you can hold it for 20 seconds and then repeat the exercise with the other side of the body. You can also repeat the exercise several times in succession.

You should keep your back straight during the exercise. You should also breathe calmly and evenly.
