Shaq is a great player in his era. He won 3 rings in los Angeles lakers in early 2000 with kobe bryant. This duo made thier team at the top and known as superteam in their era. But they didn't know that they would become a strong tandem because all they want to do is to compete and win. But now a days the competitiveness of a player is gone. They think that to become a champion is one of a kind. But sticking with other allstar is not one of a kind.
Thats why when shaq interviewed by jimmy kimmel he said that “I’m from the era where guys wanted to compete and beat each other. So I would wait to see who’s teaming up and doing that and I would go on a team that needs a superstar and I would teach those guys how to beat the superteams.”
Hopefully his message would reach to those player who wanted to stick an allstar player just to win a championship ring.

I like it more if the players are grouped evenly, it will add more hype more chances of winning.
