Before starting any sport, know your physical conditions, especially cardiovascular. The basic rule is not to exceed your limits, whenever extrapolating your body responds with joint pain, discomfort and inflammation. Playing sports reduces anxiety, the risk of depression, the use of medication, the risk of dementia, the risk of bad cholesterol. Those who play sports have little chance of suffering from any disease! The international Olympic committee says that there are more than 35,000 sports in the world, choose one and practice yours.
