De la flexibilidad y la compasión con nuestro ser...

Debo confesar que el trasladarme en carro particular no fue mucho de mi agrado para mis logros en actifit;hoy no llegue a cumplir la cantidad de steps que queria lograr, pero recorde algo que leí hace poco; referente a la flexibilidad; no somos maquinas, somos humanos. Tener compasión con nuestro cuerpo y flexibilidad en el logro de nuestras metas hace que el camino sea llevadero, el aprendizaje se consolide y el llegar a donde quieres te haga sentir más feliz.

Se amable con los demás, pero comienza siendo amable contigo mismo.
