I could have broke actifit Records if my app was turned on

Maaaan I had such a busy day but turned off my app by accident and only realised late afternoon by that time my smartwatch already counted 10982 steps!!

I managed

  • 5.9km run and saw a cute little tortoise.
  • 5 burpees
  • 51 squats
  • 160 jumping Jacks

Then proceeded to stuff my face for the day:


Took the kiddo to beach and chilled out a bit!!

Then BBQ with friends on holiday.
