Setting future goals
Amazing how time flies. Checking my fitness tracker, I realised I only ran once since the year started. Not that I have been less active, but somehow my weekend runs have been constantly postponed. That, and posting on the blockchain, but real life comes first.
This weekend thow, was time to make up for the lost time.
The plan was to run at the golden hour and reach the beach at sunset, but as you can see, when I left home, that hour was gone. Still, main objective accomplished. A longer run than my previous ones, passing through a glowing whale's tail,
Straight to the beach that served as the returning point. I felt great, really needed the endorphin rush a good run gives. And best of all, I still managed to scrape a few seconds off my usual (too slow) average speed.
Year's objectives: running consistently near the 10k distance, and getting closer to that 6 min/km mark!
