My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2020

아내와 강변을 걸었다. 여러 이유로 운동을 최근 못해.. 아니 걷기는 많이 했으나 달리기를 못했다. 이러다 마라톤을 뛰기는 뛸 수 있을지.. 내일 부터는 좀 운동에도 중점을 둬야겠다.

요즘 맑은 하늘 본 지가 꽤오래다.. 인간의 탐욕 때문에 그 대가를 인간이 치루는 것이 아닌가? 이런 황사. 미세먼지는 날이 갈 수록 더 짙어지고.. 점점.. 눈이 아파오기도 한다.

그러고 보니 후손들이 걱정이다. 저 먹구름속에서 살기위해 몸부림치다 맑은 하늘도 남의 나라에가서 볼 수밖에 없는 세대릁 부모들이 만들고 선물한 상황이다.

음악실에 다녀와.. 책상에 앉았다
