My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2020

휴일은 쉬지못하고 일이 뭔지 술마시는 바람에 생각보다는 그리 바람직하게 시간을 보내지 못한 것 같다. 다행히 오늘 많이 피곤한 데도 불구하고 나름 열심히 바람직하게 보냈다.

나름대로 집중이 되는 것 같아 좋다. 새로운 곳에서 새로운 리듬과 동선으로 짜여진 일을 해 나가는 것이 참 좋다

어제 피곤함으로 음악실은 쉬고.. 대신 공부는 많이 하였다. 그리고 체육관에서 마라톤 대비 뛰었다. 휴일 넘 많이 먹어선지.. 몸무게는 줄지 않았다. ㅎㅎ
