My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2019

I guess I made it two days in a row reaching my step count.

I didn't think I would make my step count today considering it was really storming outside. I did make a Mad Dash to McDonald's for lunch when there was a break in the rain, that probably gave me a few extra Thousand Steps.

I know that's not the most healthy food to eat but I try to keep it healthy by eating salads and chicken.

I usually only eat meat when I cook it at home myself, there's nothing better than a nice thick juicy steak.

I hope you all had a great Tuesday and reach your goals for the day, if not, there's always tomorrow.

Congratulations, that's a decent count, and it's ok to have other food that you don't suppose to have. Don't worry about it.

Sure McDonalds is not the healthiest but salad and chicken is one of the best options from there ;)
