The banana peel

Serious question - have you ever slipped on a banana peel? Like in a cartoon. I have. I was years younger and still in school and was on my way back home, when I saw it.

The banana peel.

It was right in my path - as I was walking, I quickly did some calculations of steps and route plotting in my head. And I already knew that if I continued my path, I would step on the peel. And so what? People step on stuff all the time. And also, I was curious, is it really as slippery as they show in cartoons.

The truth

Goddamnit that was crazy! Only doing some crazy michaeljackson-like moves and shakes saved me my balance. But I sure looked funny to the people behind me, I bet. That's the last time I step on a banana peel.

I remembered this incident when I was eating a banana.
