Daily Raport... [PL] bieg wirtualny/ [EN] virtual race
Dziś wyszedłem pobiegać, a przy okazji wziąłem udział w wirtualnym biegu charytatywnym którego celem jest zebranie funduszy na pomoc zniszczonej przez ogromne pożary Australii. Każdy może dołączyć do wirtualnego wyścigu "Relief Run: Bushfire Fundraiser" wystarczy tylko mieć konto na STRAVA i dołączyć do wyzwania przez cały ten weekend, więc jeszcze wszystko przed wami. Każdy ukończony bieg powyżej 5 km sprawi, że uzyskacie taki "STRAVA finisher badge". Natomiast gdybyście chcieli wziąć w rywalizacji z tysiącami biegaczy z całego świata musicie przebiec dystans półmaratonu.
ENG Today I went out for a run, and by the way I took part in a virtual charity run to raise funds to help Australia, which was destroyed by huge fires. Anyone can join the virtual race "Relief Run: Bushfire Fundraiser" just by having an account on STRAVA and joining the challenge throughout the whole weekend, so everything is still ahead of you. Each completed run over 5km will give you that 'STRAVA finisher badge'. But if you want to compete with thousands of runners from all over the world you have to run the half marathon.
Mój dzisiejszy bieg nie był szczególnie szybki, pierwsze dwa kilometry spokojnie, a dopiero później pobiegłem na 80-90% moich możliwości. W końcówce kluczyłem trochę, żeby wyszło te siedem kilometrów.
ENG My today's run wasn't fast, the first two kilometers easy run, and only then did I run 80-90% of my possibilities. In the end, I wrenched a little bit to make those seven kilometers come out.
