My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2019 - Just Working

10K on a working day.

I spent today working on my nft wav project and I didn't get to go outside. The weather is getting cooler and I do have my window open.

I got my activity just from getting up and moving around quite often. It's not good to sit for long periods of time. It's better to get up and move around regularly. it keeps your blood flowing and it gives your eyes a break from looking at monitors and devices.

Tomorrow the Panthers are playing their third game. They lost the first two. Our quarterback Cam Newton is not playing tomorrow because he has an issue with his foot. I'll be interested to see this game. We need a win to get our season going in a positive direction!
