Como hoje eu acabei ficanso mais em casa já que ando super desanimado, e, é domingo também, resolvi tirar o dia para planejar a semana.

Assim so postarei mesmo o básico neste post hoje. Na semana que vem volto no meu neurologista para conversar se é indicado também procurar um psicoterapeuta ou psiquiatra, já que ando meio desconfiado que o problema do século anda me rondando, a famosa depressão.
