Gats has also stepped down as Wales head coach. I can't see Pivac bringing anything new to the table, but I am glad we managed to keep hold of Sean Edwards as defence coach. With Stephen Jones taking over from Rob howley, as attack coach before the tournament (Howley sacked for betting), I think it will take Wales almost the full 4yr cycle to build back up ready for the next World Cup.
I agree with you, England will be silly of they let Eddie slip through their fingers. He is a world class coach.

Gats is taking over the chief (apparently) before taking the Lions to South Africa. A rumour has it that Jamie Joseph, the Japan coach is in contention. He is a kiwi too
The way the English Press are today calling for Eddie Jones to be sacked is shameful and just smacks of arrogance. No one likes the English. Wayne Smith,John Plumtree must also be in with a shout. Jamie Joseph I hope stays with Japan but that seems doubtful.
