Running Sunday

Because the weather wasn't great I decided to do a running training instead of the usual cycling on Sunday. Since I didn't feel 100% lastly, I went for a relaxed 10km.


I actually felt pretty good during the run, so after about 6 km I increased my pace to about 4 minutes per kilometer. I'm happy it went this good.
