16K long run and Actifit report
As usual, Sunday is runday, and preferably easy and longer than the rest of the week. Today I ran on everything from trails through gravel to asphalt. Still not happy about the latter but need to train my feet so they can handle it from time to time. Managed to get a blister which is really annoying but I hope a couple of days rest and some bandaids will do the trick. Right now I am having problems walking.

Welcome to the blister club! 😂
Btw, I used a compeed cover and it worked, healing my blister in one week!
Good to know yours healed fast. I have put on compeed now. So annoying though

Heal quickly. It's hard to have those little injury setbacks.

Ouch! Blisters are never fun. I had one right at the base of my big toe in the spring time that seemed to take forever to fully heal. Thank goodness it did before the weather got really hot and sweaty, though, as that probably would have made it even worse. Hope yours heals up quickly!
Thanks, luckily it’s not very hot here!
