Sunday 2h long run
Today I was up really early to get a long run in before the day started with my family. Hence a tired selfie on today’s beautiful trail. Autumn colors are starting to appear and as I ran the sun came out for the first time in some days. It was a great way to start the day even though my feet felt a bit heavy. Probably a combination of strength training hangover and the early morning. I am more of an evening runner.
Let’s talk blisters. With all the rain lately my feet are always wet on runs and I don’t think my socks are the best quality. I now have water filled blisters underneath both feet and am walking on toes or heels. Looking terrific. I will try injinjis, because I read they were good, but any other advice? Gore Tex shoes don’t make a difference with this amount of water.
Steps:
I used this and it worked for me:
Also I put some hand or foot Cream on my foot skin before Running

I have used it for a week now but every run there are new blisters. Wet socks that curl etc. Must be something preventive I can do. I’ll try with cream before the run, thanks.
Also, I am having trouble loading more than one photo using eSteem lately. It worked so good before. Anyone else experiencing this?
