When Mother Nature is pissed....
... better to play it safe! Portugal has been visited by a storm named Elsa, so we had a lot of bad weather during these days. Today I finally resumed my running sessions... and this is how my usual course looks like:
Lots of debris brought by the sea. And a little further, another sign that Elsa was reaaaally furious!
A huge rock in the middle of the beach walk!
You're probably wondering by now why the hell was I running, if the course was closed and I started the post saying to play it safe! But today it was a calm day, and it was low tide when I ran, so no, I still have some sanity left (a little bit at least!). 😂
It was a calm run too, perfect to get a light workout... and prepare to yet another Christmas dinner!
