Lunch Run

I just finished a 9.053km running that lasted about 0hh:42mm:58ss !

Another warm day but didn't have too much trouble keeping my heart rate as low as I needed it to be until later in the run.

I did have a ride this morning so was a little tired from that, and it has been a long week with work and training, so am glad its Friday.
