Newark Parkrun - 1st lady

I just finished a 4.981km running that lasted about 0hh:22mm:54ss !
This will probably never happen again so i’m revelling in it. A 22min parkrun & 1st lady position.
Round 3 of my clubs Parkrun Cup. A chilly morning. 3 laps around a park in Newark. Puddles & a hill. A gruelling 22mins. Could not for the life of me catch up with the small yet speedy child in front of me 😂 Thoroughly enjoyed it (in retrospect)
