Lunch Speed Run

I just finished a 4.327km running that lasted about 0hh:35mm:36ss !

I'd like to say my run ended with me feeling a little sore but it actually started with me feeling a little sore.

Back doing my second week of speed work on a new training plan and think I pushed things a little hard over the weekend especially with a race and some speed work on Saturday.

I got through the training session but I am not sure how I am going to be doing for the rest of the week though. The top of my hamstring is feeling tight(my butt) so will hit the foam roller hard over the next few days to make sure I am back to 100% as soon as possible.
