My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2019

Hola! <3

Espero que esten muy bien. La actividad del día provino de varias cosas como la rutina, resolver varios asuntos, visitar a mi madre y hacer algunas diligencias.

El día pasó super rápido y es tanto el agotamiento que casi ni recordaba lo que había hecho.

Una de las cosas es que ando trabajando en mi nuevo perfil profesional para redes, logo y demás recursos visuales, ya que luego de haber culminado varios cursos estoy capacitada para realizar varios procedimientos dentro del area de la estética.

Tambien comencé a ejercitarme un poco con yoga, estoy usando videos de YouTube para hacer esto. Ultimamente la postura que hago al trabajar ha desencadenado la aparicion de algunas molestias y el yoga (aunque se muy poco sobre el) siempre me ha ayudado en estos casos.
