My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019

Otro día de mucha actividad y desde temprano, Actifit logra ser adictivo sentir que cada paso te llena de más salud. Hoy toco consulta y una caminata por una Avenida de la ciudad la cual solo conocía al pasar en automovil; claro esto para transladarme a una de mis actividades favoritas, mis clases de Yoga, me contenta los progresos en mi confianza tanto en el movilizarme como en la misma práctica de las asanas. Hoy me tocó el estilo de Yin Yoga... Seguimos estirando el cuerpo y expandiendolo hasta alcanzar a la luna (como espero que llegue el steem)
