My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2020

Hoy hemos tenido que ir a Colunga, concejo asturiano del mismo nombre, al cual después de realizar nuestro trabajo hemos ido a visitar su senda diosaludable, la cual tiene numerosos aparatos para el ejercicio.
Están todos los aparatos situados sobre un cuadrado de hormigón y bastante bien cuidados.
Todos ellos se encuentran en una senda llana, asfaltada y separado cada uno de ellos como unos 10 metros, lo que indica claramente que quien diseño la senda no pensó en que hacer todos esos ejercicios en solitario no es la norma más habitual, siempre mejor en compañía.
Al final hemos algo más de 16 kilómetros disfrutando de un entorno verde muy bien cuidado y en un día estupendo tanto de calor como con un sol radiante.
