Actifit Report [20/09/2019]: CrossFit Workout + Walking

[Spotted a mammoth on the way back :-) ]

Today's training was CrossFit workout for 60 mins.

10 x Pull ups.
2 x 6 Chest To Bar Pullups
4 x 10 Butterfly Pullups
2 x 10 Chinups
4 x 5 Grandfather Grip Pullups

4 x 9 Ring Dips

3 x 40 Double Unders

Walking around the city.

Gym, Walking

65 kg
Body Fat
