Friendship game [Preparatory training for the upcoming match] - Sports Football as a form of health

A few days ago we held a Football Match between team 1 and team 2, this is a serious soccer practice. Because these two teams are one group. Exercises like this can be uplifting or physically stronger, because of the seriousness of how to play football like a match that is held legally.

A large field makes the players more enthusiastic in processing and covering the ball, and the duration of time is also almost the same as a general soccer match.

Team 1

Team 1 is a junior team separated to determine who has the right to continue the match in the future, in this way the coach can judge which is appropriate to play in the next match.

Team 2

Team 2 is the opposite of team one, they are seniors who are older, or 30 years and older. They are also being looked at by coaches to get positions they deserve to master.

In the photo above, team 1 (juniors) is very passionate about this game, and even the senior team is almost overwhelmed in controlling the ball.

I took a picture of this junior player, they were so excited to beat the senior team.

During the match I saw the two teams were so excited, even under the hot sun. And the first half results were equally strong, they were able to score 1-1 goals.

The first round is over and almost before nightfall, the position of the two teams is still equal at 1-1. The junior team that arranges new strategies for defense and assault repeatedly to team 2 (senior) goal.

The second half arrives, and maybe here changes the scores between the two teams. They are chasing and must get the victory there.

As a result, team 1 (Junior) managed to make a victory over team 2, they managed to collect a score of 3-2. The score can almost be pursued by team 2, but unfortunately this match time is up. And the excitement was present between them, I see they are so happy with results like this, because they (juniors) can prove resilience to seniors.

Incredibly, on the other hand this exercise is also very meaningful for those who do it almost every day, even if they leave it one day, it feels very unpleasant for them. They also say this is a form of physical health.


So from the activity that I just told, here we can pick the core of the game is to maintain health or stamina to be healthier.
