Today's training was CrossFit workout for 75 mins.


Kettlebell overhead squats: 10 x left hand, 10 right hand (12 kg), 10 x left hand, 10 right hand (16 kg),

Overhead squats: 10 x 40/42/43 kg

Snatch: 1 x 10 x 30 kg, 2 x 10 x 31 kg

Shoulder press: 3 x 10 x 28 kg

Road cycling for 5km.
