Sports are amazing, they help us feel better, keep us in shape and let us have a lot of fun.


But what happens when people see a business model inside this wonderful activity ?

Symbiosis


Sports and several businesses have developed a close and long-term interaction, some of them for more than 50 years. Brands like Nike, Adidas, and Reebok have been like family to sports and have done anything possible to grow and expand while putting sports in the front.

Perfect example





The Lacoste brand is an amazing example since it is a business that was born INSIDE AN SPORT. The tennis player René Lacoste created the brand after he was nicknamed "the Crocodile" by the fans who called him that way because of his tenacity on the tennis court.

Massive opportunity


Brands and different businesses are always looking for opportunities and one was found on the Super Bowl. Starting in 1967 it grew until it has even become an unofficial American national holiday.

As it stands right now is it the second-largest food consumption day in the US second to Thanksgiving Day and it has also been the most-watched American television broadcast of the year with an average audience of 114+ million viewers and due to its high viewership, the commercial airtime during the Super Bowl is the most expensive one.
