Tonight we shall the last match of the AFCON tournament, it has been a long journey since the very first match up to the last 51st match that we had on Wed between Tunisia and Nigeria.
The Tournament has been fun, full of surprises and disappointments but overall it has been a very interesting tournament that has uncovered some of the greatest talents on the African continent.
Both Algeria and Senegal have played impressive football throughout the entire tournament, they are obviously fit for the finals.
The AFCON final that will take place in the Cairo International Stadium tomorrow at 10.00pm UTC time.
It should be remembered that during the group stages the Algerians beat Senegal, but there is nothing to choose between the two sides. Senegal looks like a favourite in terms of individual players, they seem like better players but Algeria has great and efficient teamwork.
Aliou Cissé’s Senegalese manager will be looking to win this tournament for the first time, and a good manager that he is he will organize a strategy to secure and earn the win before the Algerians play their tactic and an offensive game against his 4-3-3 formation.

Both managers expect a very tough game and no one is going to rest until the match is over.
The final will decide

Sadio mane and Riyad Mahrez will each play a very big role at the front.

Looks like Algerians have a very good defence and this probably will one of the Algerians strength in this match. They also have great forwards like Youcef Belaili and main man Riyad Mahrez who are so clinical and will not let the Senegal defence rest.
Coach Belmadi says that while he expects a real battle against Senegal, he hopes to lift the trophy for the Algerians.

The head to head record is tipped in Algeria’s favour, with three wins in the last five meetings with the other two ending in draws.
But when it comes to finals anything can happen, records are always broken.
It is the match that will decide who takes it, and we shall all be there to witness how it turns out.
