This gobshite certainly hopes so.

Manchester United super fan Frank Ilett is now just ONE win away from finally being able to cut his hair for the first time in a year-and-a-half. Ilett, affectionately known as The United Strand on social media, promised last year to continue growing his hair until the Red Devils secured five wins in a row.
He has promised to donate his hair to the Little Princess Trust once he is finally able to. And it appears that a trim could be closer than ever.

While I do think that he is a total eejit, I will respect the follow through on his self made bet which has been going on for far too long at this stage.

It has made him internet famous as I've seen references to the challenge on sky sports, multiple big new sites and all my friends know of him so it's been a big success on that front and profitable if he has any sense.

More importantly.

Chelsea are coming into from and keeping serious pressure on United for those top four places. Liverpool are faltering and who knows if Villa can sustain their run of form this year or not but it's vital that United get into the champions league next year and recruit well.

There are enough problems behind the scenes that they need to be getting it right on the pitch.

Casemiro is on the way out. Fernandes might be too if they are stupid enough to get rid of him so we will be in need of two top tier midfielders and a couple of defenders as well.

These games are vital and it's going to be a case of who fucks up first as we count down the last weeks of the season.
