其次就是热身运动有助于帮助身体增加韧性,打开我们的韧带。这样可以让我们在很多的正式运动中能够更加轻松地完成。

有的时候热身运动可比正式运动重要的多,不要因为没有做热身运动而伤到自己宝贵的身体,这样是不值得,这样是不负责的。

所以在开始正式运动之前,请进行热身运动。
