Hearts would definitely be running at an unusual pace when the mind of a Real Madrid faithful recollects how important the next three matches are for Real Madrid.

It will all begin with a trip to Mallorca this weekend as Real Madrid look to remain at the top of the table before facing eternal rivals Barcelona next weekend. In between both weekend matches is a must win encounter against Galatasaray in the Uefa Champions league.

All three fixtures are pointing to a very important and apparent season decider encounters in which Real Madrid are going to have to be at their best in other to come out these next two weeks all smiles.

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane is lucky to be afforded the luxury of sketching a suitable plan and strategy during these few days on international football. Despite getting unfortunate injury stories with his key players in Luka Modric and Gareth Bale, the French coach has still got enough quality options from the bench and all he can only wish for is that they be at their best when called upon.

Injuries are beginning to be a part and parcel of Real Madrid’s engagements this season. Almost half the squad has spent their fair share of time on the treatment table and it seems they are doing it in turns. Luka Modric just arriving from suspension a week ago and looking to pick up form from where he left off prior to his suspension is reported to be injured while on international duty for his country Croatia.

Zinedine Zidane has still got Valverde, James Rodriguez and a host of other replacements for Modric but the one player whom Zidane will wish never misses the El Clasico is Gareth Bale.

The Welshman is once again in Gareth Bale mode. A fine run of form which includes goals, assists and good combination display has seen the Welshman return to the headlines for the positive reasons recently. Bale followed his beautiful assist for Real Madrid’s Benzema last weekend with a goal for Wales in the 1-1 draw with Luka Modric’s Croatia.

The current Real Madrid squad are looking good and in shape, ready for the upcoming intense and important encounters and as a Real Madrid fan, I can only hope that the next three matches all ends in a win and only then can we be certain of a good end to the season.” I stand to be corrected”.

I'm still confused why some players are so despised at Real when they're getting the job done like Bale has recently. Like, why was he benched against Brugge?
