Tottenham Lose 2 Goal Lead Yet Again.

I think the title of this post should really write that we were lucky to go 2 up in the first place. It was a terrible display against Olympiakos tonight. They were the better team. There were a couple of points that keep raising their head.

Right Back

Davison Sanchez was played at right back yet again. His last game at right back was nothing short of a disaster. He offered no attacking option and was again caught by the Greek attack. Sanchez is a centre back and does not have the required level of fitness or frame to be bombing up and down the wings. It just beggars belief that the manager keeps playing him there . He left the natural full backs back in London to rest for the Leicester game on Saturday morning. Aurier needs a rest after playing one game all season. I am hearing that Levy wants to get a return on investment here as Sanchez is a long term prospect but right back is not where he should be playing.

Erikson Was Poor

This is a player who thinks he will sail off into the sunset next May to Madrid. Not like playing like that he won't because no club will have him. Ndombele was poor also.

Dele Ali

His first start this season. Disappeared. He hasn't cared whether he wins or loses for 2 years now. Hopefully the Euros will motivate him to push on and get his place for the national team.

Super Jan or Not So Super Anymore

Is it me or has Vertonghen lost a yard of pace. He was sluggish against Palace and now here. If contract negotiations stall it might not be a bad thing here.

And the Good Points.....

Winks played well and Kane didn't have a bad game. We managed to escape with a point. Moura played well also and scored a stunning goal. Let's hope all this changing around at the back will have payback against Leicester. Who would of thought that Serge Aurier is now our most important player heading into Saturday.

This was not the Tottenham I've seen they've played last time. I think there should be adjustments to be made on the back. Overall, its a good point for a not so better night for the Spurs.

After your Pogba banter, you best believe I am going to twist the knife when it comes to Eriksen. He was trash in the cup final last season and trash against Olympiakos. I could f**king believe my eyes because I warned you about him.

The only thing left is him launching his Twitch career playing Fortnite and him and Ozil will be brothers in arms. lol
