FCUFC filed patent applications to protect BMF title

UFC is serious about using the phrase “Baddest Motherfucker” (BMF) to advertise its fights, for which September 11 filed three patents to register the trademark with the US Patent Office. Based on the applications submitted in the public domain, the term is supposed to be used for the name of the tournament, champion belt and brand of toys.

Recall that the use of the BMF title is discussed in a duel between Jorge Masvidalya and Nate Diaz, who will head the UFC tournament on November 2 in Madison Square Garden. UFC President Dana White said in early September that he was ready to organize such a belt. Later, Jorge Masvidal asked the Hollywood actor and famous pro-wrestler Dwayne Johnson to hand him this belt in case of victory. The actor agreed.

The Diaz Masvidal fight will be held in the framework of the UFC semi-welterweight category, where the champion is Kamaru Usman.
