is the Premier League becoming boring ?

Today's post is about the premier league which is the highest tier of English football in the United Kingdom.
Just before i begin i am not slating the league and telling you all that is is boring this is just an opinionated post from my experiences watching football for all my life.
WHAT IS THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE AND WHAT MAKES IS THE BEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD?
The EPL (English premier league) consists of 20 football clubs spread out across the UK the season starts in the month of August and finishes in the month of May. the 20 teams play each other to win points.
EXAMPLE
Team A vs Team B.
Team A wins 1-0 against Team B therefor Team A will receive 3 points and team B nothing.
Team A draws 1-1 against Team B therefor both Teams will receive 1 point each.
Team A loses 0-1 against Team B therefor Team B will receive 3 points and Team A nothing.
At the end of the season the club at the top of the League wins the trophy. The 3 clubs at the bottom of the table will be relegated out of the league and into the EFL championship league.
SO WHY IS THIS LEAGUE BORING?
MONEY, CONSISTENCY, DOMINANCE
Granted there's not much that can be done about this but the one problem that has effected the League overall is that the top 4 richest clubs in the league are almost always finishing in the top 4 or at the very least top 6 spots yes there are times where clubs slip up and don't finish in a top 4 spot but most of the time you can predict what team will make the top 4.

Here in the last few seasons you can see there is a consistency with a few teams especially with Manchester city who have finished in a Top 4 spot every time in fact they have been finishing in the top 4 ever since the 2010/2011 season and haven't missed out since.
Arsenal have missed the top 4 spot a couple times but have maintained a top 6 finish, just like Manchester united and Tottenham Hotspur.
despite Leicester city's fairy tale season in 2015/16 there has been a consistency in which clubs will finish within the top 4 and if not then the top 6.
Now that doesn't mean its boring they still have to find a winner and anything can happen in football but in lower division leagues there isn't as much consistency and teams can finish anywhere. because the clubs isn't as rich and cannot buy and cannot attract world class players and also the English Leagues below the EPL are slightly bigger and play a lot more games meaning multiple consequences.
And because of this the EFL championship doesn't have as much consistency and is starting to become a very exiting league despite broadcasters focusing on the EPL.
The EFL championship is the league below the EPL and works slightly different to the EFL for example the top 2 teams at the top get promoted to the EPL automatically and the 4 teams below will play each other in the playoffs for the last promotion spot.

In this league you can clearly see that any team is very capable of finishing in the top 6 and getting promoted also the points are very close and 1 loss or 1 win can make a huge difference to the table.
BROKEN VAR AND POOR REFERRING
Another horrible thing specifically this season in the EPL is the horrific use of VAR (video assistant referee) Every time a goal is scored despite celebrations fans cant help but fear their goal being ruled out and whats more annoying is it takes ages for a decision to be made sometimes 3 minutes for a simple goal or no goal decision and what makes it even worse is the fans who watch the football do not get informed on what is happening which has actually led to fans from both clubs joining together and chanting "its not football anymore, its not football anymore"
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE EPL
Despite me thinking the premier league is starting to become a bit boring there are some amazing things about the league.
STADIUMS, ATMOSPHERE, BIG GAMES
Being the best league in the world it is home to the biggest clubs which means all of the best stadiums in the UK are featured in this league.
This concludes my post overall I feel the EPL is starting to become boring due to the consistency of which teams will finish in the top 6 and the horrific use of VAR.
