Should Manchester United go back to their old ways, or continue their new style of selections.(David Moyes chipped his quota)

The former Manchester United coach David Moyes said something that gave me a minute of flashback, and I realized he was very right. He said;

Manchester United should go back to their old ways. They are known as builders. They build players in the feeders team, takes them to the senior team, add some average players and use them to win trophies. I think the guy is right. When I looked back into how Man u was before sir Alex Ferguson retired, I realized many players that made up the manchester united's squad were average players. They make names for themselves and become world classic players right in the team.

Today, the style has changed. Manchester United now look into the market like others to get top players that will help hold the team. Ever since Sir Fergi left, the team has not been stable. Should Manchester United go back to their old days, or keep up with their new style?
