June 22, 20: AutomaticWin, Xbox, Putzing, and Games

Bright and early today at five thirty, but only half an hour short, so not bad, and I got a good sleep score, so I slept through pretty solid.

Hit some curation, some faucets, checked the crypto markets blahdy blahdy. Still kinda’ boring, although Bitcoin has started to make a move up toward resistance, it’s still in the $9k region, so nothing amazing, really should count as sideways anyway.

Starting to get a little impatient with the STEEM I have sitting on HE. Been waiting for the ratio to go up for the past several days, and while it has somewhat, it’s not as good as I’d like to take right now...always a risk, it could go the other way!

I didn’t much feel like going out, and wasn’t going to, but I put a fire under my ass and did it anyway. 💪

When I took the picture of the cranes, I accidentally paused the app, so I vanished off the map.

Since I’d waited later than usual, it had warmed up a little more. ☀️

Not too many pictures today... I was mostly thinking about math. I did get my obligatory sky photo:

I was right up next to these guys before I snapped out of my reverie and snapped a pic!

I made some more progress on Shantae. I’ve found all the dark energy and the only thing left is to face the final boss. I’ve missed a few of the life boosts, and I’m sure there’s an achievement for finding them all, but I’ve been through the levels several times and not found them, so it’s going to be annoying having to watch the walk throughs on YouTube. Decisions, decisions.

Didn’t spend all that much time on video games, though. Headed out to the garage and stripped several good sized pieces start to finish. It’s remarkable seeing the pile of waste accumulated on the floor versus what was actually desirable/valuable!

In the evening Wenche made pasta and meat sauce for dinner and I ate like a double portion! 😋

By then it was just about bedtime and I still had my daily Splinterlands quest to play, so I got that done struggling to keep my eyes open and fell asleep as soon as I finished.

Another day of no robbery in my dCity. 😃 The taxes have relaxed slightly, so I got a bit more SIM for the day. 🤑

I got all my Holybread tasks done! Yay!!!

Made a significant jump up into the sixties, but since there’s not really any reward for rank anymore, I guess it doesn’t really matter.

In the beginning I was able to make some STEEM from playing, but I’ve been reflecting on the game and with the elimination of breadcrumbs there isn’t much reason to continue clicking buttons every fifteen minutes.

They’ve said they’re going to have an upvote bot for top players, which seems like a good idea, but who knows what that vote will be worth or what “top” means.

I suppose I’ll continue for a little while longer, more out of curiosity of whether it will go any where than anything else (not to mention all the time I’ve already invested).
