Sept. 10, 20: AutomaticWin, Xbox, Teaching, and Games

At least tonight was better than last night, although admittedly, that isn’t saying all that much. Up at six sharp and like another twenty minutes short...is that close enough to count? Body says “No.” 😜

Just the usual during the morning routine. BTC still bouncing around ten thousand, waiting for it to pick a direction (but then what’s new?). I did get a BLURT powerdown and got it moved over to the exchange, but the highest bid was lower than my taste, so I set a limit ask just below the lowest.

Seems like it’s mostly selling going on, so not very confident that the trade will go through, need a buyer to come in, but we’ll see. Got a thirst for miner tokens, so I’ve pretty much spent the HIVE already before I even have it. Burning a hole in my pocket! 🥵

Definitely wasn’t the nicest weather outside, but we headed out with the doggy anyway and scored another #AutomaticWin! 🏆

Busted out the jacket, hat, AND gloves today. Not really raining, per se, but the air was damp and the wind shook droplets off onto our heads as if it were.

Overcast, cold, foggy, and misting...gotta’ be worth at least one hardcoreness point (+1 ✅).

We didn’t have a whole lot of spare time, and honestly there wasn’t really too much to see again, so not many pictures...missing the summer already!

As we walked around the back of the middle school there was a pile of mulch dumped there that the mushrooms seemed to like! There were tons of them growing there...too bad they weren’t “magic.”

After we got back, and I did my posting and some chores around the house (today was garbage day) and watched some videos on YouTube and LBRY.

In the afternoon I put together the Solairitas Weekly News Update and got that posted up and shared to Twitter...kinda neat poshbot automatically commented a screenshot of the Tweet!

Spent a little more time playing de Blob 2 (I realized its not “ze” - whatever). It’s easy to get distracted from the timed challenge trying to paint everything in the world, so I had to restart the level that I was playing (resetting everything, which sucked) because I hit a save point and didn’t have enough time to get the last part done. 😢 On the restart, I did get it done, though, and completed the level 100% which was the first time I was actually able to find everything.

There wasn’t any morning PostUp show again, so I’d hoped to get to the evening one, but today I met with my Algebra class for the first time on video. Literally only one student showed up. 🤣 So it was really a private tutoring session. Still, I said I would meet, so I did.

The student had a couple solid questions that we worked through together and I showed her some ways to use the calculator to make life easier, but got done significantly earlier than yesterday’s class.

It was still getting near to bedtime by that point, so I played some Splinterlands and watched a little bit of The Order before drifting off.

Well, dammit! I mentioned my Bank and blam! It gets robbed. Little digital assmonkies! 😡🤬 I did get a third Forest, though. Greening up my dCity. 🌲🌳

Got all my Holybread tasks done for the day! 👍 Still up against the same guys...waiting for a breakthrough.

Can’t seem to get any wins against the guys in front of me, so I’m sliding a bit, but still hanging on to the top twenty. 💪

Had all the ingredients I needed to get a brew going on CryptoBrewmaster. 🍻 Still at about the same place in the rankings, though.

Splinterlands wasn’t quite as bad today as it has been the past few...no swearing anyway. 😝 My quest was Water splinter and I didn’t do too badly with it.

Got the quest done still stuck in Champion III, but I did make some progress for once. Skating along the bottom as far as DEC for potions, but it has been a little more forgiving in that regard. Got some good rewards today! Got a legendary, an epic, and an Untamed pack:
